Ophthalmic case organisation

CaseIndexer

Software prototype

CaseIndexer is a software prototype for organising ophthalmic cases. Its source describes records with dates, laterality, titles, notes, status and patient or pseudonym reference fields. ICD diagnosis lookup and anatomy or mechanism classifications support structured indexing, while text and category filters help explore the collection. Image and PDF attachments can carry modality, laterality and acquisition-date information. A draft-capture workflow holds incoming practice information for review before it becomes part of the case collection.
